Card Verification Enhancement

Yourcredit card now has the added protection provided by the CardVerification Number for all MasterCard and Visa payments. TheCardholder Verification Number (CVN) has proved to be an importantsecurity feature of our fraud detection capabilities that helps tovalidate that the purchaser has the approval of the cardholder tocharge the transaction. Canadian Visa issuers are adding this featureto their issuing systems during April 2005, which is why we are nowautomatically adding this feature to all merchant account. Visacardholders will be prompted for CVN only if they have not successfullyprovided a Verified by Visa Password.
